Job Summary:
Pratt & Whitney Engineering Support to Operations Engineering (ESTO) is seeking a proactive, goal oriented, detail-focused project engineer to work for the ESTO organization as an Integrated Product Team Leader in a role based in Columbus, Georgia.
In this on-site role you'll be responsible for project management for the Operation Commercial Engines, PW4000 and PW2000 compressor blades and vanes working directly with the Component Integrated Product Teams (CIPT) and the Engineering Support to Operations (ESTO) organizations along with the quality and manufacturing engineering teams based at Columbus Forge.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead an Integrated Product Team to meet task and technical requirements.
Facilitating project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment and completion with overall project objectives.
Plan and manage budget for all hardware and tasks.
Prepare/present status and technical content to ESTO Leadership, CIPT and upper Pratt & Whitney management.
Identifying and addressing project problems and recommending resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects, including class 2 engineering changes.
Coordinate evaluation and disposition of quality non-conformances and supplier requests for information.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering
5+ years of Engineering experience, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong computer skills with proficiency with MS Office, Teamcenter, SAP, MS Project, or other scheduling software
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships.
Exposure to project, cost, and schedule management helpful
Possess excellent judgement, professional maturity, and cultural awareness.
Analytical skills and ability to provide creative solutions.
