* *Product Knowledge:* Stay up-to-date on the latest roofing products, materials, and industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
* *Sales Presentations:* Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our company's capabilities and competitive advantages.
* *Proposal Development:* Prepare accurate and detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timelines based on client requirements.
* *Negotiation:* Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
* *Relationship Building:* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
