*Qualifications:*
* Minimum 1 years of sales experience is _*Preferred*_
* At least one year solar sales experience is _*Preferred*_
* *Company generated pre-set qualified appointments available*
* Must be willing to also utilize all avenues to self-generate leads (door knocking, social media, cold calling, etc.
)
* Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel, if necessary
* *Highly motivated, self-starters with a strong work ethic and positive attitude*
*Requirements:*
* Manage all leads and opportunities: both provided and self-generated
* Create and present solar proposals effectively to prospective customers either in person or virtually
* *Close 1 deal per calendar week*
* Participate in weekly training workshops to help develop your solar sales skills
* Communicate clearly and concisely with customers regularly to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience
* Communicate on a daily basis with your Team Manager to establish and accomplish goals
