*Job description* *Office Assistant* *\*\* Office Assistant - Chiropractic Office \*\* (Full - Time)* *\*\*\* Compensation starts $17 - $20 per hour \*\*\** *\*\*\* Enjoy Full Times hours on a 4 day work week most weeks \*\*\** *\*\*\* 3 day weekend most weeks! \*\*\** We are an efficient, friendly, productive office looking for an upbeat and friendly team member to fill a full time position as a Chiropractic Assistant in our growing Chiropractic office.
*Qualifications:* \*\* Experience not necessary but is a plus in One or More of the Following Areas: \* Customer Service \* Teaching \* Office Administration / Reception \* Must have basic computer skills including software such as: Word \* Sales / Marketing *Additional Skills that we are looking for:* \* Excellent communication skills.
\* Demonstrates a high energy, friendly and outgoing personality! \* Must be a great multi-tasker.
\* Able to work as part of a motivated and dedicated team! *Duties:* \* Greet patients, and give all the patients that come in the extra care and attention that makes them feel at home.
\* Assisting the doctor in treatment, therapies and various other tasks.
\* General office support, filing and various computer tasks.
\* Marketing events participation and coordination including various events … trivia etc … tons of fun! \* Answer phones with energy and sparkle! \* Keep the office looking tidy, organized and beautiful! You will enjoy our up-beat positive goal-oriented environment.
