We have a great opportunity for a Director of School Achievement to join our growing company! The Director of School Achievement must be passionate about providing childcare services to working families.
CDS programs provide an array of childcare options to families to support their growing needs.
This leadership role creates an opportunity to develop business plans centered around enrollment, marketing, grassroots sales and conversion strategies that will build and grow the company strategy.
The Director of School Achievement will make strategic decisions, in conjunction with field leadership, with the primary responsibility of driving enrollment and marketing initiatives of all schools, while also focusing on low performing schools and their turn around to increase profitability and stability.
The Director of School Achievement will also lead and develop School Achievement Managers that will be responsible for the regions within the company.
This position can be located in: Dallas, TX San Antonio, TX Columbus, GA Charlotte, NC Responsibilities: Identifies specific regional enrollment, marketing and enrollment goals in conjunction w/regional and district level operations, Finance, and Marketing Ability to quickly assess growth needs at a school and market level, establishes team targets and metrics to measure the achievement of objectives related to these needs Ability to create a growth plan with field partnership and support schools with strong follow-up which enables all schools to execute growth plan Direct oversight of School Achievement Managers; motivating, inspiring & helping to execute sales’ strategies on the school & regional level, coaching each team in best practices and effective tactics for prospecting new enrollments and partners Works closely with marketing and other corporate support departments to develop creative strategies to grow enrollment and drive an enrollment culture in all schools Ability to plan strategically to improve performance at low performing schools, using analytical data and support resources to improve growth & profitability and create stability Analyzes regional competition and strengthens the company’s brand position across regions, provides suggestions for new offerings or improvements to sales or marketing effort Understands national marketing plans and tailors them to suit regions.
Develops and uses contacts and relationships within the industry, business environment, and customer base to understand and respond to competition, pricing, and product demand changes Develops a clear understanding of the financial goals in a region and the key success indicators Creates and implements Grassroot Marketing Toolkit and Best Practices Playbook for the field, working closely with District Managers, Regional Directors, Marketing and Center Support on execution plans Executes growth strategy in each region focused on: lead growth and conversion, leads deal sourcing, diligence, negotiations, and closing processes for employer partnerships in all markets to increase enrollment Prepares & develops periodic status reports for Senior executive level leadership, as well as for regional and field operations Our Benefits Provide: Discounts up to 50% off childcare tuition Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance plans Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave Free access to online training Education assistance to pursue your degree 401K plan savings and investment plan with employer contribution Requirements: At least 7 years of extensive experience with concepts and principles of one or more related fields or departments; 5+ years of management experience Experience in multi-markets and knowledge of the childcare and/or education market required Exceptional analytical, strategic, communication, and critical thinking skills In-depth understanding of the marketing and sales processes in education or childcare industries Adept at using a variety of research database tools as appropriate Track record of consistent year-over-year growth Strong coaching and leadership skills; ability to influence and supervise a team and motivate/inspire staff Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated success working both independently and in highly collaborative environments Requirement of 75% travel based on roles and responsibilities Want to learn more about Child Development Schools?
