Motorclothes Sales Associate

Description: Rally Point Harley-Davidson is seeking a full-time friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic Motorclothes Sales Associates to join its dynamic sales team!! Rally-Point Harley-Davidson has the #1 inventory in Central Georgia.

Sales experience is preferred but not required.
The individual in this role will be responsible for: • Greeting and engaging customers in a courteous and friendly manner • Informing customers about any sales promotions and/or new merchandise • Handling telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
• Becoming a proficient user of the TALON software system • Completing all assigned HDU training certifications in a timely manner • Assist in maintaining physical inventory of all merchandise.
Requirements: The individual in this role must have: A High School Diploma or GED Basic understanding of sales principals and customer service practices Excellent Customer Service skills Basic math skills The ability to work in a team-oriented environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills A friendly, outgoing personality Be able to multi-task and be organized Hands on experience Point of Sales (POS) transactions Be prompt, on time, and able to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, holidays and weekends) Physical Demands and Working Conditions • Must have the ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the majority of scheduled hours per day.
