*General Manager*
*The Liberty Roofing Professionals General Manager is the leader of the entire operation and reports to the Business Partner to be an effective GM/MP you should spend 33% of your time recruiting and 33% of your time training and investing in your team.
The remaining time will be spent supervising, administrating, and motivating your team! Some of our most successful GM/MP’s come from a sales leadership background as we are a marketing and sales culture first and foremost.
Some of your core responsibilities include*
* Selling Roofing products, as well as other home-improvement products (doors, flooring, windows, etc.
)
* Leading Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sales and Training Sessions
* Holding yourself and your team to a high accountability level
* Being flexible (this is a business-minded role)
* Adhering to the Liberty Roofing Professionals dress code
* Maintaining an ownership mindset
* Ability to teach canvassing to generate sales – All time not spent on your leadership duties should be dedicated to generating more business
* All other duties assigned by the Business Partner/Owner
Compensation Plan
You will be compensated with a profit-sharing blended model and unlimited income potential.
It is our goal that top performers earn $250,000+ annually.
In addition to a blended comp model, we have included a generous bonus plan detailed below.

Self-Improvement Baseline Comp (Based on Previous Experience)

Gross Profit-Sharing Comp
1%-3% Gross Margin share monthly
Yearly Unit Sales Goal Bonus
Exceeding yearly Sales Goal by greater than 20% = $10,000 paid out by Jan 31st of the following year
