Description:
The Assistant Key Account Manager will provide technical support to the Key Account Manager with solution selling to existing and potential new customers to increase sales of refrigeration products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain annual sales plan and manage daily efforts toward plan.
Build and maintain relationships with current customers in established territory.
Assist customer in making product selections based on customer needs, product specifications and applicable regulations
Identify and contact new prospects and find/create new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling.
Identify opportunities where KWE products and services can provide solutions at customer accounts.
Develop and present proposals to clients.
Follow-up on all proposals, negotiate, and close.
Process orders and inform customers of project status (includes shipping, installation, start-up, final payment, etc.
)
Create repeat customers and provide the highest level of customer service and support.
Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to track the sales cycle.
Requirements:
Knows principles and processes for providing customer service.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge
30% travel for customer and factory visits.
