We are a growing, national property management firm seeking an experienced Leasing/Assistant Manager for three multi-family communities in Phenix City totaling 226 units.
The candidate must be self-motivated, organized, resourceful, have great customer service skills, and learn quickly.
Responsibilities include:
* Greet residents, prospects, and vendors in office and on the phone
* Conducting all leasing activities, including showing units, follow-up with prospects, and marketing
* Focus on retention activities including lease renewals and identifying community events to foster a feeling of community
* Establishing and maintaining good rapport and communication with residents, vendors, staff, and other customers as needed
* Complete reports or other tasks as assigned by the property manager
* Follow all policies and procedures and follow all Fair Housing guidelines
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between apartment communities.
The ideal candidate must be reliable and can successfully multi-task and operate in a fast-paced office.
Ideally, the best leasing consultant position would have at least 1-5 years of property management experience, sales or strong customer service experience.
