What does it take to be successful in this role?
Training and experience in building maintenance operations, systems and furniture assembly
Ability to operate a forklift
Possession of a valid state driver's license and a good driving record and the ability to maintain insurability with company insurance carrier
Education & Experience Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Two years of related work experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Operates company vehicles under 10,001 pounds daily to move supplies, materials, and passenger vehicles for executives when required
Assists with preparation for special events, such as setting up for meetings, assembling tents, and rearranging office furniture upon request
Provides assistance in ensuring proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; participates in continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
Participates in the collection and disposal of recyclable materials according to company procedures
Standing, walking, crouching, bending, and climbing for prolonged periods of time
Flexible work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
Lifting, carrying, or using lightweight materials (up to 35 lbs.
)
Driving locally within a 100-mile radius
Some physical exertion
Work may involve the handling of hazardous substances (as defined by OSHA)
Working around noisy or dangerous equipment, high voltage, or other adverse conditions
Performs other tasks and duties as required

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
The salary range for this position is $31,200 – $60,000.
