Mission:
To guide the customer through the mitigation process by demonstrating a detailed understanding of the emergency service and mitigation scope including equipment, schedule and budgets, providing exceptional communication throughout the process, in partnership with a Mitigation Site Manager while working toward goal achievement for the department and location
Compensation Range:
• $45,000 - $55,000 per year base salary
• Opportunity to earn additional quarterly incentive

Education/Professional Experience/Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years of relatable work experience
• Desired Certifications: IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT
Team Member Expectations:
• Customer Experience - Exceptional verbal and written communication with customers, Trade Partners, vendors, and team members to set expectations regarding quality and timelines, including a target completion date for every project validated by scheduled work orders that equip to guide "What's Next" conversations and result in positive reviews
• Job Profitability - Maintain individual job profitability via thorough scope documentation within the appropriate systems in congruence with IICRC guidelines and industry best practices, effective communication with technicians, customers, trade partners, and vendors.
This may include collections support as needed.
• Scope Knowledge - Detailed understanding of the necessary scope of repairs and ability to execute on that scope with both internal and external labor, equipment, and other resources.
This includes the ability to recognize the need for coverage confirmation prior to performing certain scopes of work in addition to a working knowledge of TPA program guidelines.
• Claim Settlement - Ability to successfully navigate the claim settlement process with adjusters, reviewers, and/or consultants via excellent documentation of work performed to produce the desired customer experience and job profitability.
• Achievement of Sales Targets: Intrinsic awareness of monthly sales targets needed to achieve monthly revenue targets to include both individual job optimization as well as ownership of strategic relationships that consistently refer work to Southeast.
• Team Member Development - Coaching and mentoring all ancillary team members (Technicians, Lead Technicians, Site Manager, and Team Coordinator), leveraging the Site Manager for all field support aspects of mitigation project management, inspections, and technician feedback
