We are looking for a nurturing, innovative, and dedicated individual to join us and explore their passion for childcare and early education.
\*1 Year experience
\*Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
\*Must pass state-required Criminal Background Check.
\*Support the Director in interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees.
Effectively operates and manage all aspects of the school, including staffs, parent relations, quality control and facility management.
\*Provide supervisory assistance when needed or in the absence of the Director.
\*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork regarding the running day-day operations of the Center.
\*Implement curriculum along with activities, special events, and to enhance learning and the development of children.
\*Maintain effective interpersonal relationship with parents and children and co-workers.
Maintain confidentiality of families and children.
\*Follow state requirements regarding all staff and new hire.
\*Meet and maintain all state licensing and training requirements.
\*Serve in various role throughout the Center as needed, include teaching, cook, and/or driver.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.
00 - $18.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
