Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for children in the daycare setting - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Lead educational activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social development - Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Implement behavioral therapy techniques to support children with behavioral health needs - Incorporate math concepts into daily activities and lessons Requirements: - Valid CDA - Can NOT be expired.
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting - Knowledge of child welfare regulations and best practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage children in learning activities - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Physical education background or experience is a plus This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
